-
DescriptionPraeruptorin C and E can relax swine coronary artery and decrease contractility in guinea-pig left atria, these effects are similar in many respects to those displayed by drugs that have calcium entry blocking activity. Praeruptorin D and E can protect mice from hydrochloric acid (HCl)-induced lung injury by inhibiting polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) influx, IL-6 release and protein exudation, suggest that they may be useful in the therapy of lung injury.

Reference
-
TLQP-30
Chronic intracerebroventricular (ICV) injection of a VGF peptide named TLQP-21 increased resting energy expenditure and temperature in mice. Furthermore, in mice fed a high-fat diet, the same peptide prevented the increase in body and white adipose tissue (WAT) weight as well as hormonal changes associated with a high-fat regimen.
-
Rotundifuran
Rotundifuran is extracted from the fruit of Vitex rotundifolia. Rotundifuran inhibits cell cycle progression and induces apoptosis in human myeloid leukemia cells.
-
5-TAMRA
5-TAMRA (5-Carboxytetramethylrhodamine) yields bright, pH-insensitive orange-red fluorescence (approximate excitation/emission maxima ~546/579) with good photostability.
